This programme allows experienced workers to obtain recognition for their existing skills.

Requirements for the ARPL Programme
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- South African citizen
• Relevant work experience in the trade being applied for
• At least three years of industry experience
• Ability to provide supporting documents and references
Applicants must submit:
- Fully completed standardised ARPL application form
• Detailed CV
• Certified copies of qualifications
• Certified ID copy
• Testimonials from employers confirming trade experience
These testimonials must be written on company letterheads and clearly describe the work experience gained in the specific trade.
Important Conditions for Both Programmes
