Key Learning Areas
During the learnership, participants will gain skills and experience in:
- Customer service and claims processing
- Underwriting and risk assessment
- Insurance sales and client retention
- Compliance and financial administration
- Communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
The programme also includes practical modules on digital literacy, workplace professionalism, and ethics in the financial industry—ensuring learners are well-rounded and job-ready by the end of the training period.
To be eligible to apply you must meet the following requirements:
- You must have a valid Matric certificate – 31 December 2024
- You must have Mathematics or Mathematics literacy
- You must be a South African citizen
- Must be between the ages between 18 – 35
- Must not be employed more then 12 months
- Must have a valid ID document
- Must have English as a Language
