Bidvest SACD invites applications from unemployed individuals to enrol for a National Certificate: Clearing & Forwarding Agent (NQF Level 5) Learnership. The learnership will run for 12 months on a fixed-term contract, during which successful candidates will be exposed to real industry practices, practical training, and theoretical learning. Upon completion, learners will receive a nationally recognised qualification, opening doors to career growth in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
- A problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
- Be between 18 and 29 years old.
- Must not be enrolled in any post-school qualification or course between October 2025 and September 2026.
- Must not have been registered for a learnership previously.
- Must reside in the respective region (Durban, Johannesburg, or Cape Town) for the duration of the programme.
- A post-Matric qualification will be advantageous.
