The Endumeni Local Municipality is inviting students and graduates within its jurisdiction to register on its Internship and In-Service Training Database for 2025. This initiative is designed to create opportunities for local students to gain practical workplace experience in various disciplines, while contributing to community development within the municipality.
The programme targets both graduates who have already completed their qualifications and students currently studying who require workplace practicals to complete their academic programmes.
Purpose of the Programme
The Internship and In-Service Training Programme aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and workplace exposure. By joining the database, participants will be considered when training and development opportunities become available within the municipality. This is a proactive approach to empower youth with employable skills while supporting the municipality’s development goals.
Duration of Training
- Internships: 12–24 months (depending on field requirements)
- In-Service Training: 12–18 months (depending on field requirements)

Requirements for Applicants
To qualify, applicants must:
- Reside within the Endumeni Local Municipal Area.
- Be studying towards, or have completed, a qualification in one of the listed fields.
