Buscor Pty Ltd, a leading player in South Africa’s bus transport industry, is making a significant contribution to road safety and youth empowerment through its Driver Development Programme Training. This initiative is aimed at developing young, unemployed South Africans into qualified and professional bus drivers. Who Can Apply?
Buscor is inviting applications from unemployed youth who meet the following requirements:
- Must be unemployed and already in possession of a valid Code C1 Driver’s License.
- Applicants must be between 22 and 35 years old.
- Must have passed Grade 11.
- Must have no criminal record.
- Must be medically and physically fit to drive a heavy motor vehicle (bus).
- Must be a South African citizen residing within one of Buscor’s operational areas.
- Must have the willingness to build a long-term career as a professional driver.

Interested applicants are required to submit their applications with the necessary documents to Buscor Development at 8 Bulpin Street, Mbombela, addressed to Miss Kutlwano Thokoane, no later than 31 October 2025. Late applications will not be considered.
