PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Tharisa Minerals aims to provide recently graduated students with an opportunity to gain exposure in the working environment, for a limited duration contract period of 2 years as a graduate.
The Tharisa Minerals Graduate Program is a unique opportunity to gain business skills in the mining industry, gain exposure related to your field of expertise as well as acquire critical business competencies.
ROLE CONTEXT:
Tharisa Minerals offers graduate exposure opportunities in the following disciplines:
- Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering (GDP001-M/CE)
- Geology (GDP001-G)
- Mining Engineering (GDP001- ME)
- Rock Engineering (GDP001 – RE)
- Survey (GDP001-S)
- Instrumentation (GDP001-I)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- N-Diploma / Degree for the fields of study mentioned in the categories above.
- NO prior work experience in the field of study or any internship / graduate program.
- Excellent academic results
- Basic computer literacy
