All fields in the New Z83 form, must be completed and signed. Furthermore, a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV) must also be attached. Failure to attach the completed Z83 and the Curriculum Vitae (CV) will result in disqualification.
Please note that a passport or driver’s license will not be accepted in lieu of an Identity Document. A complete set of application documents (CV and latest 283 form) should be submitted separately for every post that you wish to apply for. Please ensure that you clearly state the full post description and the relevant Post Reference Number on your application. No fax applications will be considered.
