Rate per day: R 300
Contract Duration: Twelve (12) Months fixed term contract

Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve (X5 Posts) Ref: C/BId/03/25
Songimvelo Nature Reserve (X2 Posts) Ref: C/BId/03/25

PURPOSE OF THE POST:

To provide accurate and complete record-keeping of cash receipts

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 with Mathematics or Accounting as a passed subject or Grade 12 plus finance-related qualification
Computer literacy
Good Customer Service
Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Collection and safe keeping of all income at the reserve
Ensuring facilitation of regular banking of all revenue collected in line with approved banking schedules
Reconciliation of all source documents to income collected
Ensuring copies of all source documents are submitted to Head Office for record-keeping, including copies of deposit slips
Perform ad-hoc requests, such as petty cash spot checks, inventory counts and asset verifications (as and when required)
Ensure the safekeeping of all source documents pertaining to cash receipts
