POST 1: BUILDING MANAGER TEMPORARY (06 MONTHS)

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- National Diploma Engineering (Electrical/Building/Mechanical Engineering) Quantity Survey or equivalents.
- Desired Education: 3-year qualification plus a Certificate in Project Management and/or Facilities Management.
- Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Electrical, Mechanical, Building or build environmental practice with 3 years in a management position.
- Code B driver’s license.
POST 2: BUILDING FOREMAN
REFERENCE NUMBER: RAN230405-3
LOCATION: VEREENIGING, GAUTENG
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Grade 12 Or equivalent
- Electrical / Mechanical Artisan qualification or preferred Electrical / Mechanical Diploma
- 2 Years’ experience as an Electrical / mechanical Foreman or Supervisor
- Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Sound Knowledge of the OHASA and Preventative Maintenance Methodology
- Computer Literate
- Sound knowledge of related systems and technology
- Code B drivers’
POST 3: COORDINATOR RESEARCH AND WATER WISE
REFERENCE NUMBER: RAN230405-2
LOCATION: JOHANNESBURG, GAUTENG
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Must be in possession of a B-Tech, BSc Honours, NHD in Parks and Recreation Management, Horticulture or Landscape Technology plus 6-7 years’ experience, or MSc plus 4-5 years’ experience.
- 5 to 7 years’ experience to be in Water conservation or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in research design, research methodology & interpretation thereof.
- Demonstration of leadership, business management skills and supervision.
- Excellent computer literacy & practice in MS word, Excel, Power point (Office), Visio & data bases.
- Excellent communication skills: able to research and write articles, create presentations and able to speak publicly.
- A valid code EB driver’s licence (code 8).
