REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 plus Certificate in Auxiliary Nursing.
- Qualification that allows registration with the SANC as Nursing Assistant.
- Proof of registration with the SANC as Nursing Assistant.
- Knowledge of nursing care Processes and procedure, and other relevant legal frameworks such as: Nursing Act, Health Act, Occupational health and safety act, Patient Right Charter, Batho-Pele principles, Public Service Regulation, Labour Relation Act Disciplinary Code and procurement
DUTIES:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (physical care).
- Provide elementary clinical nursing care.
- Maintain professional growth/ethical standards and self-development.
