It combines:

- Hands-on experience in South Africa’s top retail spaces
The programme is aimed at giving participants behind-the-scenes knowledge of how the retail world really works, while developing their leadership, teamwork, and technical skills.

Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be 18 – 33 years old

- Hold a diploma or degree in one of the following fields:
- BCom Finance / Accounting
- Retail
- Fashion Design / Clothing Management
- Interior Design
- Graphic Design
- Logistics
- (or any other retail-related qualification)
