REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent NQF level 4 with 3 year’s relevant experience.
- Computer literacy, Planning and organization, Good verbal and written communication skills, Job Knowledge, Teamwork.
DUTIES:
- Verification of information on applications and supporting documents is complete and correct.
- Capture all relevant information accurately.
- Update relevant information on the system if applicable.
- Ensure that all referral letters are posted timeously.
- Keep files and records up to date.
- Capture decisions of the Provincial Regulatory Entity (PRE).
- Liaise with the Secretariat with regards to compiled agendas.
- Submit files with relevant and complete information to the PRE Secretariat for scheduling.
- Check upliftment details.
- Liaise with the Metros in relation to referral letters.
- Liaise with the Registration Office in relation to the registration of operators.
- Supervise the resources of the component and perform generic supervisory functions.
