About the Programme
The Eskom Contact Centre Learnership is designed to give learners a strong foundation in customer care and call centre operations. Successful candidates will receive structured classroom training combined with on-the-job learning at Eskom’s customer service centres. This approach ensures that participants gain both theoretical understanding and hands-on experience, preparing them for careers in customer service, business administration, and related fields.
Learners will be exposed to real-life customer interaction, handling queries, providing service information, resolving complaints, and managing customer accounts effectively. The programme not only boosts employability but also provides participants with a nationally recognised qualification upon completion.

Minimum Requirements
- Must be a South African Citizen
- National Diploma in Marketing/ Finance/Commerce/Engineering/ Social Science/Business Management/Customer Service at NQF6 with 240
