REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12.
Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel).
Valid Driver’s License (added advantage).
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (must be bilingual).
Applicants that reside within the Midvaal area will be given preference
Ability to follow & execute given instructions.
Must meet operational requirements of the post
A hard-working self-disciplined person.
At least 1 year experience in data capturing within Local Government Authority.

DUTIES:

Handles all internal queries regarding Engineering & Community Services complaints.
Ensures that all tasks delegated by the supervisor are done effectively and efficiently as deemed fit to be promptly attended as requested.
General admin duties for Engineering & Community Services by.
Performing fast and accurate typing duties by utilizing a word processor or personal computer to effective operation of the administration within the sections.
Capturing of monthly EPWP leaves.
Perform leave administration duties.
Perform any other related Ad Hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management (supervisor) from time to time.
