Minimum Requirements
- N6 Hospitality Certificate.
What you will be doing
- Orders (compiling and placing orders):
- Stock taking (food and equipments);
- Stock keeping, issuing ingredients;
- Nutrition and menu planning;
- Assisting lecturers with class demonstrations;
- Cooking food for crèche;
- Liaising with suppliers;
- Generating quotations;
- Assist with or planning functions;
- Keeping MSDS in kitchen up to date;
- Ensuring kitchen OHS admin is up to date;
- Supervise students during functions, restaurant days.
Candidates are required to submit the following documents:
- A NEW Z83 Application form
- A comprehensive Curriculum Vitae with 3 contactable references and email addresses;
- Original Certified copies of qualifications and academic record/ transcript (attached N4–N6 Certificate);
- Original certified copy of Identity document.
