Criteria

Relevant qualification aligned to the minimum requirements of the role

• South African citizens aged 18–35 years
• Qualification aligned to the minimum requirements of the applied role
• No criminal record and a clear credit history
• Physically able to handle and move document boxes (where required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Basic understanding of document handling and records management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime and weekends when required

Duties

• Lead and manage teams to achieve targets
• Monitor productivity and output
• Conduct data analysis and reporting
• Ensure compliance with digitisation standards
• Oversee operational logistics and workflow
• Build and motivate high-performing teams
• Handle investigations and ad hoc reporting tasks

Minimum requirements

• Diploma
• Qualification fields: IT, Law, Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Arts, Management & Administration
• A master’s degree will be advantageous
