Educational Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate.

Hospitality Diploma advantageous.

Experience:

Front Office / Reception experience advantageous.

Scope & Purpose:

To undertake all Reception and / or Night Audit functions and other duties as required by Management. To welcome and register guests on arrival. Answer telephones and deal with queries and requests. Check guests out on departure. To take reservations and sell rooms and complete various aspects of front office administration as directed. To ensure that courteous and efficient service is provided to guests and suppliers in line with the Company's vision, values and fundamentals.

Applicants must be between the ages of 20 - 34.

Special Conditions:

This job requires prolonged sitting, walking and standing, working in awkward and static postures, performing repetitive movements, exposure to psychosocial and cognitive stressors, manual handling, pushing and pulling of loads, managing fatigue due to irregular hours, frequent role transitions that contribute to visual strain, and tasks that may result in hearing strain.
