About the Graduate Programme

The Marsh Graduate Programme is designed to give you practical exposure, structured development, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced and evolving industry.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered, applicants must:

• Be a South African citizen

• Have completed their qualification by the end of 2026 or earlier

• Hold a degree in one of the following fields, or a related field: Insurance and Risk Management, Bachelor of Engineering (all specialisations), Law/LLB, Economics, Finance, Project Management and Data/Technology-related

• Have wo ng knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Be based near or willing to relocate to the opportunity location

• Be available to start on 1 February 2027

• Not be enrolled in further studies during the programme
