Job Description:

As an Industrial Psychology Intern at MAC Consulting, you will have the opportunity to complete your internship requirements while gaining valuable hands-on experience. You will work closely with a senior industrial psychologist as you contribute to a variety of projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

Completing the relevant Industrial Psychology internship requirements including:

Assist in conducting assessments and psychological evaluations.

Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational development strategies.

Participate in employee training and development programs.

Support the design and analysis of surveys and research projects.

Collaborate with team members on various HR and psychology-related projects.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Successfully completed an M1 (Masters’ coursework) by December 2026.

Registered as a student psychologist with the HPCSA.

Available to work in a hybrid model from January 2027 – January 2028.

Display a strong passion for psychology, human resources, and organizational development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

An analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
