Responsibilities

Job purpose: We are looking for a motivated graduate or early-career professional with a passion for data, technology, and digital marketing. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop highly sought-after skills in AI-driven marketing, campaign optimization, automation, and analytics.

As part of our AI Performance Media team, you will help manage and optimize paid media campaigns while leveraging AI tools and automation to drive efficiency, improve performance, and uncover growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and results
• Support budget management, pacing, and performance forecasting
• Develop ad copy and campaign assets in line with brand and compliance requirements
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics
• Utilize AI tools and automation to improve workflows and campaign management processes
• Monitor campaign trends, identify anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, compliance, web, and regional teams
• Continuously research and test emerging AI technologies and marketing innovations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, technology, AI, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work with data
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated interest in AI, technology, automation, or digital marketing

Working environment

• 4 days in the office, 1 day at home.
