POST 1: PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF WHIP
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 e Secretarial Diploma or Equivalent Qualification
- Computer Literacy
- A good command of English and other local languages
- Minimum of 1- 2 years’ relevant working experience in administrative environment.
POST 2: PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE SPEAKER
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Secretarial Diploma or Equivalent Qualification
- Computer Literacy
- A good command of English and other local languages
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ relevant working experience in Administrative environment.
POST 3: VIP PROTECTOR: SPEAKER
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 10
- A valid driving licence (code 08 EB) Physical fit to work under protection services
- Ability to work in diverse working environment Minimum of 02 years driving experience
- Good understanding of applicable legislation, practices and policies as well as strategies
- Security guard VIP protection will be an added advantage.
POST 4: PART-TIME WARD CLERK: WARD 23
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Computer literacy
- Communication skills
- Minimum of 6-12 months working experience in an Administrative Environment
- Report writing skills.
POST 5: SENIOR LICENCING OFFICER TASK GRADE: 11
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- 3-year Degree/ Diploma in Finance
- e-Natis Certificate
- Computer Literacy
- 2-3 years relevant working experience
- Eligible to register as e-Natis user with RTMC
- Possess effective communication skills, including public speaking
- Report writing
- Communicate with all levels of the institution and external stakeholders.
POST 6: EXAMINER VEHICLES TASK GRADE: 11
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- National Traffic Officers Diploma
- Vehicle and Driver’s License Examiner’s Certificate
- Computer Literacy
- 2-3 years’ relevant working experience
- Code EC Valid drivers’ licence.
POST 7: RANGER TASK GRADE: 6
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 9
- To be able to read, write, investigate and table report
- 6-12 months relevant working experience
- Grade12/Matric and Pound Management certificate will be an added advantage.
