- 5 years must be in Design relating to water and sanitation projects, procurement and
- 5 years in Management and leading a technical team of Civil Engineers
- Computer literacy in design packages such as TechnoCAD/AutoCAD/Civil Designer/Civil 3D
- Valid Drivers’ License + Own transport
