POST 1: CONTRACT: PROCUREMENT MANAGER
EMPLOYEE GROUP: NON – PERMANENT

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma (M+3) in Built Environment, Commerce, Supply Chain / Engineering is required,
- A post-graduate business or finance degree or CIPS Level 4 would be an added advantage; and
- At least 5 years supply chain management experience in a large organization.
POST 2: CONTRACT: MANAGER PROJECT CONTROLS
EMPLOYEE GROUP: NON – PERMANENT
LOCATION: DURBAN CENTRAL

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Requirements
- Incumbent needs to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any projects controls field or a business degree
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the projects controls field with a minimum of 3 years leading large projects Project Controls team.
OR
- A higher national diploma in the projects controls field or a business NHD supported by a minimum of 10 years’ experience in projects controls with minimum 3 years relevant post graduate experience in a project controls managerial position on a large project,
- Professional registration in project controls discipline (e.g. PrQS/ CO/ PMISP/ CRMP).
- PMI or equivalent will be an added advantage
- Experience in major transformation and change management initiatives.
POST 3: CONTRACT: SENIOR SECRETARY
EMPLOYEE GROUP: NON – PERMANENT
LOCATION: DURBAN CENTRAL

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Requirements
- Senior Higher Certificate (NQF 5)
- 3 – 5 years applicable experience
OR
- Grade 12 OR NQF 4
- Minimum 5 years applicable experience, at least 2 years working experience in a secretary role with a proven track record of success.
POST 4: CONTRACT: SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR X4
EMPLOYEE GROUP: NON – PERMANENT
LOCATION: DURBAN CENTRAL
REFERENCE NUMBER: 40001514
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Requirements
- Sc Degree or higher specialising in Quantity Surveying.
- Professional Registration with the SA Council of Quantity Surveying Professionals
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on large multidisciplinary construction / engineering projects.
- Experience within the hydrocarbon/ Petro-chemical industry is preferred.
- Environmental project experience is beneficial
OR
- If the incumbent holds a BTech/ Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying the experience requirement is a minimum of 10 years
Standard Job Requirements
- Possession of Code 08 / B Licence.
- Travel across provinces as required and approved.
- Requirement of Trust and Honesty in the handling of finances as per the National Credit Act Amendment 19.
POST 5: CONTRACT: HRBP
EMPLOYEE GROUP: NON – PERMANENT

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Requirements
- B Degree in behavioral Sciences/HRM or other relevant NQF 7 qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, with supervisory experience, specializing in HR business partnering, Talent and Recruitment.

- Registered as a Psychometrist
POST 6: CONTRACT: STRATEGIC SOURCING SPECIALIST
EMPLOYEE GROUP: NON – PERMANENT
LOCATION: DURBAN CENTRAL

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in large enterprise preferably in the built environment
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- MBA or related postgraduate qualification advantageous
- Hands-on line-management experience of Procurement organizations across multiple divisions
- PFMA and public sector Procurement experience
- MCIPS certification and CIPS membership advantageous
