MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- National Diploma in Real Estate & Asset Management or Property studies.
- Valid Code 08 Driver’s License.
Added Advantage:
- Estate Agent Affair Certificate
Experience:
- 3 years’ experience in Real Estate& Asset Management or similar type of experience in the property industry (commercial/retail).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate or Property Management / any other Property related qualification at NQF level 7.
- 8 years’ experience in Property and Asset Management and Built Environment of which a minimum of 5 years should be in a managerial position.
- Valid code 08 Driver’s license.
