What Will You Do as an Area Coordinator?

The role involves much more than administrative work.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the Ke Moja Programme is properly implemented while working with community stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the Ke Moja Programme.
  • Supporting and supervising Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) implementing the programme.
  • Conducting site visits.
  • Monitoring programme activities.
  • Compiling monthly reports.
  • Preparing programme statistics.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Attending meetings.
  • Providing programme updates to management.
  • Identifying implementation challenges.
  • Recommending practical solutions.
  • Ensuring programme objectives are achieved.

This position combines administration, leadership, communication and community engagement.
