Role Purpose
The internship is structured to provide valuable industry exposure and practical learning for graduates interested in the insurance and financial services fields. Interns will work across different departments—such as underwriting, claims, finance, and risk—allowing them to apply their academic knowledge to real-world business challenges.
The programme offers:

While full-time employment after the programme is not guaranteed, this 12-month paid internship (R9,250 per month) is a stepping stone to building a strong professional foundation.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be South African citizens
- Hold a completed degree/tertiary qualification
- Be currently unemployed
- Not have participated in an internship previously
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Client Service
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve queries and ensure service excellence.
- Provide recommendations for improving service delivery.
- Monitor turnaround times and address issues promptly.
