This initiative is a powerful opportunity designed specifically for graduates of Gert Sibande TVET College who are eager to kickstart their careers in business-related fields.
What the Internship Offers
The internship runs over a 12-month period, during which successful candidates will gain invaluable workplace exposure, mentorship, and skills development aligned with their field of study. This structured programme aims to prepare graduates for sustainable employment opportunities within the financial, administrative, and management sectors.

Fields of Qualification
The programme is open to graduates holding NCV (NQF Level 2 – 4) qualifications in the following disciplines:
- Marketing
- Office Administration
- Transport and Logistics
- Management
- Finance, Economics and Accounting
These areas are critical for building strong, versatile business professionals who can adapt and thrive in diverse industries.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
- Hold an NCV qualification (NQF Level 2 – 4) in one of the eligible business fields.
- Be unemployed, not studying, and not enrolled in any form of learnership or training during the internship period.
- Have no criminal record.
- Be proficient in English and demonstrate a willingness to work, learn, and grow.
- Only graduates from Gert Sibande TVET College are eligible.
This ensures that the programme directly benefits local graduates, reinforcing the college’s commitment to uplifting its own students.

All applications must be supported by the following documents:
- A recent, updated CV.
- Originally certified copies of all certificates (Matric/NCV NQF Level 2 – 4), not older than six months.
- An originally certified copy of a valid South African ID, not older than six months.
