    • Minimum of N2 with four (4) completed subjects, or an NCV Level 4 with subjects relevant to the trade.

    • Knowledge assessment.
    • Psychometric testing.
    • A formal interview.
  • Fitness Requirements:
    • Must obtain a Medical Fitness Certificate (Red Ticket).
    • Must undergo Heat Tolerance Screening (HTS).

  • Work under the guidance of a coach (artisan or foreman) in a supervised environment.
