Applicants should either:
- Reside permanently in one of the listed host communities, or
- Have successfully completed Grade 12/matric at a school located within one of these communities.
Minimum Requirements

- Education: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent N3 qualification (with two languages passed).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a mining operation.
- Medical Fitness: Must be declared medically fit for the position and mining environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the Gold Fields Occupational Health Centre. This includes passing a Heat Tolerance Screening test and other relevant assessments.
