Designed as an entry-level transformation initiative, this 12-month journey equips unemployed South African matriculants with the knowledge, practical skills, and industry accreditation to thrive in the insurance sector.

Who Should Apply?

- A Grade 12 certificate with at least 50% in English and a second language, and 40% in Mathematics (or 60% in Maths Literacy).
- Ages 18–28, currently unemployed, and with no more than one year’s work experience.
- South African citizens who are not studying towards any further qualification during the programme.
- Applicants must not have already completed an Inseta short-term insurance learnership.
- Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply—inclusive of a medical note confirming the nature of their disability.
