From Classroom to Career—And Beyond

Key to the Programme’s success is the mentorship framework. Interns are matched with supervisors who guide technical tasks and support professional development. A mid-internship assessment identifies strengths and areas for growth, while a final review celebrates achievements and sets the stage for post-internship career guidance.

Additionally, the municipality fosters peer networking through monthly “Finance Forum” meet-ups—where interns exchange insights and build support networks across departments. Graduates of past cohorts often return as guest speakers, inspiring the next generation.
