The Free State Department of Education (FSDOE) hereby invites Unemployed Graduates to apply for the 24 Months Graduate Internship Programme. Successful Candidates must be 18 years or above upon commencement of the contract and complete the 24 Months Programme before their 35th Birthday.
The successful applicants will undergo on-the-job development trainings in the specified qualification categories, and garner crucial skills and competencies in readiness for the formal job market. Candidates will be placed at Districts and Head Office as indicated in the advertisement.
The Department aims to enhance the employability of unemployed graduates (graduates with degrees or diplomas) as potential employees. The successful candidates will be subjected to personnel suitable checks and vetting procedures. Correspondence will be limited to short-listed candidates only. If notification of an interview is not received within two (2) months after the closing date, candidates may regard their application unsuccessful.
