TRANSPORT CLERK (10 MONTHS CONTRACT) X3 POSTS

REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 and a valid driver’s licence
DUTIES:
- Vehicle reconciliation including tracker analysis, report Vehicle inspection, record and maintain records on the status of GG Vehicle.
- Retrieve records on vehicle inspection as required.
- Book vehicles for repairs and servicing, file and maintain records of repairs and services on vehicles.
- Compliance monitoring of vehicles.
- Monitoring of vehicle utilization, maintain records on the analysis of underutilization and overutilization of GG vehicles and subsidized vehicle
