ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience
- Over 5 years’ Food Service Sales experience
- Experience in FMCG industry
- Finance sales experience (budgets, forecasting etc.)
- Experience in managing sales teams
- Relevant post matric qualification
POST 4: CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
CONTRACT DURATION: PERMANENT
LOCATION: 3010 WILLIAM NICOL DR, BRYANSTON, JHB, GAUTENG

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Key attributes and competencies:
- ITIL service management best practices
- Excellent reporting skills and experience in statistical analysis and reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills including the ability to work with both internal customers and external entities is required
- Strong Continual Service Improvement knowledge
Experience:
- 2-4+ years in a customer services position
- ITIL Foundation training. V4 Advantageous
