POST 1: JUNIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR (2 VACANCIES)

CONTRACT: PERMANENT

CLOSING DATE: 17 JULY 2023

QUALIFICATION

• A Bachelor’s degree in Internal Auditing at an NQF Level 7 or an Internal Audit Technician designation.
• At least three years of internal audit experience.

ADVANTAGEOUS

• An Honours degree in Internal Auditing at an NQF Level 8.
• Audit techniques, including CAATS. CIA/CFE/CISA etc

POST 2: STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR (6 VACANCIES)

CONTRACT: PERMANENT

CLOSING DATE: 17 JULY 2023

QUALIFICATION

• A NQF 7 qualification in stakeholder relations or an associated discipline.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in a stakeholder engagement role.
• A minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience providing stakeholder relations advice and services.
• Experience in leading project and/or specialist function activities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to write collateral tailored for different audiences.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately.
• An understanding of the cultural dynamics of relevant Province and the protocols associated with traditional leadership in the area.
• Relevant experience gained in major organization’s, government, projects and or consultancy.
• Demonstrated ability in dealing with conflict or avoiding potential conflicts.
• Demonstrate high quality discipline to taking organisation’s instructions, and adherence to set rules and internal protocols

POST 3: GEOTECHNICAL SPECIALIST

CONTRACT: PERMANENT

CLOSING DATE: 18 JULY 2023

QUALIFICATION

• B Eng. or B Sc. Degree or B Tech in Civil Engineering;
• Post graduate qualification in Geotechnical Engineering would be highly advantageous;
• The Candidate must have at least 10 years working experience in related industry, and specialist experience in Geotechnical Engineering;
• Exposure to geotechnical investigations, pile design, settlement calculations, slope

 

 

POST 4: MATERIALS SUPPORT (4 VACANCIES)

CONTRACT: PERMANENT

CLOSING DATE: 18 JULY 2023

QUALIFICATION

• B Eng. or B Sc. or B Tech Eng. Degree in Civil Engineering;
• Honors in Civil Engineering would be an added advantageous;
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, of which 5 years must be post-professional registration in any of the following fields: planning, design, construction, operations and maintenance, project, and contract management of major roadworks.
• Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist

POST 5: PROCUREMENT MANAGER

CONTRACT: PERMANENT

CLOSING DATE: 18 JULY 2023

QUALIFICATION

• Relevant degree/qualification (equivalent to NQF7)
• Minimum of 10+ year’s relevant experience in carrying out technical duties in a procurement and contract management environment.
• 3 year’s Managerial/ 5 year’s Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of public procurement systems including the legal framework of the various regulatory institutions responsible for procurement and transformation
• Good understanding of critical linkages and relationship between the business operational objectives and procurement models.
• Good communication skills.

POST 6: PROJECT MANAGER: TOLL (2 VACANCIES)

CONTRACT: PERMANENT

CLOSING DATE: 18 JULY 2023

QUALIFICATION

• NQF Level 7 Qualification: B. Eng./ B. Tech. Degree in Civil/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering IT and or computer science,
• The candidate must have at least 10 years of working experience in a related industry, of which 5 years must be in toll collection and operations;
• At least five years of senior management experience would be an added advantage.
• Registered as a Professional Engineering Technologist or Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)

POST 7: PROJECT MANAGER: TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

CONTRACT: PERMANENT

CLOSING DATE: 18 JULY 2023

QUALIFICATION

• NQF Level 7 Qualification: Civil Engineering or Electrical / Electronic Engineering or, Computer Engineering;
• The candidate must have 5 years minimum relevant experience (ITS/traffic engineering) post-registration;
• Project management experience Registered as a Professional Engineering Technologist or Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).

 

 

POST 8: SPECIALIST PAVEMENT ENGINEER (3 VACANCIES)

CONTRACT: PERMANENT

CLOSING DATE: 18 JULY 2023

QUALIFICATION

• B Eng. or B Sc. or B Tech Eng. Degree in Civil Engineering.
• MEng Pavement / Materials or MTech Pavement / Materials highly advantageous
• Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist.
• The candidate must have at least 15 years working experience in related industry, and at least 5 years specialist experience in pavement engineering.
• At least 5 years’ experience in projects exceeding a budget of R200 million or more.
• Extensive project management experience in the relevant industry post qualification.

POST 9: SPECIALIST STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (3 VACANCIES)

CONTRACT: PERMANENT

CLOSING DATE: 18 JULY 2023

QUALIFICATION

• B Eng. or B Sc. or B Tech Eng. Degree in Civil Engineering.
• MEng Pavement / Materials or MTech Pavement / Hydraulics highly advantageous
• Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist.
• The candidate must have at least 15 years working experience in related industry, and at least 5 years specialist experience in pavement engineering.
• At least 5 years’ experience in projects exceeding a budget of R200 million or more.
• Extensive project management experience in the relevant industry post qualification.

POST 10: PROGRAMME MANAGER N2 WILDCOAST

CONTRACT: 5 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT

CLOSING DATE: 19 JULY 2023

QUALIFICATION

• Must have a B Eng. or B Sc.
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in planning, design, program, project and contract management of major road and bridge works.
• Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer Registration with SACPCMP as either Pr CPM or Pr CM will be an added advantage.
• At least five years’ experience in projects exceeding R250 million.

 

 

POST 11: SCM OFFICER: POLICY AND TRAINING

CONTRACT: PERMANENT

CLOSING DATE: 19 JULY 2023

QUALIFICATION

• Degree (at NQF Level 7) relating to either a Supply Chain Management/ Procurement, Commerce or Management qualification.
• At least 5 years’ experience in carrying out technical duties in a procurement and contract management environment.
• Knowledge and previous experience relating to documentation development (policies / procedures / guidelines), training or auditing in the SCM / Procurement environment.
• Sound knowledge of public procurement systems including the legal framework of the various regulatory institutions responsible for procurement and transformation for both engineering and corporate procurement.
• Superior understanding of critical linkages and relationship between the business operational objectives and the relevant procurement models is key to this position.
• Good written, verbal and communication skills are essential to this position for development and maintenance of policies and procedure documents.

POST 12: PROJECT LEAD

CONTRACT: PERMANENT

CLOSING DATE: 19 JULY 2023

QUALIFICATION

• Must have a B Eng. or B Sc. or B Tech Eng. Degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in planning, design, program, project and contract management of major road and bridge works.
• Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer Registration with SACPCMP as either Pr CPM or Pr CM will be an added advantage.
• Membership of the Institution of Arbitrators will be an added advantage
• At least five years’ experience in projects exceeding R250 million.

POST 13: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ACCOUNTANT

CONTRACT: PERMANENT

CLOSING DATE: 21 JULY 2023

QUALIFICATION

• A National Diploma in accounting or any other related qualification.
• At least three years of accounts receivable experience.
• Knowledge of SAP is essential.
• Microsoft office
• The ability to demonstrate attention to detail, solve problems in a timely manner, good interpersonal skills and to work well under pressure.

POST 14: PLANNING MANAGER (2 VACANCIES)

CONTRACT: PERMANENT

CLOSING DATE: 21 JULY 2023

QUALIFICATION

• B Eng. or B Sc. or B Tech Eng. Degree in Civil Engineering.
