The Department of Employment and Labour (DEL) has once again taken a bold step to fight unemployment through the Presidential Youth Employment Initiative (PYEI). This time, the focus is on the recruitment of 165 Client Service Officers across the KZN Province. About the Programme
The PYEI is a government-led initiative aimed at providing youth with meaningful employment and training opportunities while strengthening public institutions. By appointing Client Service Officers, the Department of Employment and Labour seeks to enhance efficiency and ensure that job seekers, workers, and employers receive quality support and information at labour centres nationwide.
Successful candidates will work at Labour Centres across the KZN Province, offering front-line services that connect citizens with employment opportunities, labour market information, and other vital support services.
