REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Grade10/ NQF level 2.
- Basic life support and 1 year experience in Public Service will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to work shifts and under pressure.
- Be people oriented.
- Sound knowledge of Customers care and Batho Pele Principles.
DUTIES:
- Managing queues into the hospital and waiting areas in a professional and friendly manner.
- Control and maintain order in waiting areas.
- Direct clients to follow appropriate line.
- Provide information to the clients in the queue.
- Welcome patients and visitors.
- Be able to give health talks to waiting patients.
- Provide clean cups for water.
- Check environment for broken equipment.
- Oversee/mend helpdesk and handle relevant queries and complaints.
- Performing of any other duties as delegated by supervisor.
- Helping to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
- Maintaining the flow of patients and welcoming people on arrival.
