Area of Specialization:

Perform all required activities related to the operation and required inspections of the applicable machine /plant / equipment, associated components and related tools and equipment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 or Equivalent
• 1 year relevant Post Qualification experience

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Time Management Skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Good communication Skills – Verbal and Written
• Basic Planning Skills
• Compiling a HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment)

 

 

KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge and understanding of relevant Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, PQP’s (process Quality Plans) and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) related documentation applicable to
• Basic knowledge of Legislative Acts (OHS Act *% of 1993, ISO 14001 & 9001. OHSA 18001 and PFMA)
• Knowledge in the use of relevant Tools and Equipment
• Permit Systems
• Operating Principles
