What is Work-Integrated Learning (WIL)?
Workplace Integrated Learning is a structured training approach that blends:

This enables students to apply what they learned in class to real working environments and ensures they meet the requirements for their National N Diploma.
WIL significantly boosts employability, confidence, and technical competence—making it a critical final step for all N6 Engineering graduates.

Requirements
To qualify, you must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be unemployed
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Have already completed N6 theoretical studies
- Require workplace experience for graduation (TVET College letter required)
- Not have participated in any previous NECSA learnership or internship
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and professional skills, including:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Integrity and professionalism
- Willingness to learn

- Ability to meet deadlines
