Through its Enterprise and Rural Development division, the Municipality invites applications for 25 Plant Production Learnerships aimed at developing skills in agriculture, tourism, environmental studies, and horticulture.

Duration: 12 Months (Non-Renewable)
Focus Area: Applicants must reside within the Mogale City Local Municipality
Stipend: R2 000 per month (to be paid by the Training Services Provider)

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification, with Mathematics (Pure Maths or Maths Literacy).
- Must be unemployed and between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
- Must reside within Mogale City Local Municipality.
- Must have no criminal record.
- Must not be participating in another SETA programme or receiving NSFAS funding.
- Applicants with N6 qualifications should not apply.
- Must be a South African citizen.
Learnership Qualification (Advantageous)
- Recruitment of 25 eligible learners for the Plant Production Learnership (NQF Level 3, ID 49052).
- Designed for learners passionate about Agriculture, Tourism, Environmental Studies, and Horticulture.

- Certified copies of ID (two copies).
- An original stamped letter from the Ward Councillor confirming that the applicant resides in the local area.
