The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their Licensing and Registrations Internships (X10 Posts). The closing date for applications is the 26th November 2023
POSTS: INTERNSHIP — LICENSING AND REGISTRATIONS X10
- Location: Head Office
- Remuneration: R 7 500, CTC per Month
- Term of appointment: 12 Months contract
REQUIREMENTS:
- LLB or similar legal qualification.
- Good background knowledge and understanding of Government policy and legal compliance issues in the Public Sector.
- Understanding of PPRA policies and procedures relating basic principles of Law relating Insurance.
- Computer literacy -MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer) at an intermediate level.
- Previous working experience on Paper-trail system will be an added advantage.
- Verbal and Written Communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To support the optimization of the section/unit.
- To implement the effective and efficient Licensing processes for PPRA.
- Liaise with Investigate, Mediation, Adjudication unit to verify the evidence that the applicant is eligible to be registered as a Property Practitioner.
- Capture the applicant’ s information and upload all the supporting document into the system.
- Conduct project administration, record keeping and produce project related reports.
- Engage in problem solving and continuous improvement to maximize output area.
- Deliver optimal customer service to customers that adds value to the business.
- Build and maintain healthy sustainable and mutual beneficial relationships with all service providers.
