What Is the Claims Administrator Learnership?
The Claims Administrator Learnership Programme is a structured learning opportunity combining theoretical insurance knowledge and practical work experience. Learners will gain a deep understanding of claims handling, policy documentation, customer service, data capturing, and compliance processes. This learnership aims to groom candidates into competent Claims Administrators ready to support grieving families with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.

- Duration: 10-month full-time programme
- Accreditation: Aligned with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) and facilitated by a registered SETA (INSETA)
- Stipend: Monthly stipend to support learners during the programme

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35
- Grade 12/Matric certificate with at least 50% in English and Mathematics/Maths Literacy
- Unemployed and not currently studying
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Passion for working in administrative and client-facing environments
