JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 & Full N2 with relevant trade theory or
- Technical Matric with relevant trade theory
- Electrical trade certificate.
- Code 8 driver’s license and own transport
- Completed level 3 supervisory skills program / Junior Leadership Program
- Completed a coach / mentor course will be advantageous
POST 3: SUPERINTENDENT (ELECTRICAL)

LOCATION: BOSHOEK, NORTH WEST

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
- BTech/ Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a heavy electrical industry or smelter environment
- GCC Factories will be advantageous
- Experience in managing and maintaining HT reticulation circuits and protection systems
- Experience in maintaining transformers, HT switchgear and emergency power reticulation networks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent management skills
- Computer literate (SAP PAM knowledge advantageous)
- Good knowledge of the HSEC system
- Project management, electrical maintenance and shutdown planning experience
- Experience in leading engineering maintenance teams
- Formal leadership training will be an advantage
