  • I am a 58 year old male educator and specialising in maths and physical sciences. I am not happy with the institution where I am currently working.
The problem is the principal. He influences almost everybody to believe that I am a useless person and most people believe so, especially the young ones. I’ve been teaching the physical science for more than 20 yrs. I would like to change schools, but am not so lucky in terms of either a cross or a straight transfer. I am going to retire at 65. I am deprived of any possibility to hold a better post level. This principal promotes people with absolutely no experience and overlook when it comes to me. WHAT CAN I DO TO MOVE FROM MY CURRENT SCHOOL TO ANOTHER?? PLEASE ADVISE. I LIVE AN UNHAPPY LIFE
