§Process Purchase Orders

§Process Receipt’s  of the site Purchase orders

§Prepare Customer Deals from site

§Prepare contract registers ( Offal Customer’s example)

§Open Vendor Application’s from Site

§Open Customer accounts from Site

§Query resolution

§Issue and prepare Staff hampers

§Stationary Issues and management of the Stationary Store.

§Stock Count assistance

§Stock Count Capturing

§Ensure Stock Count compliance

§General Admin duties

§Ensure compliance to SOP’s

§Assist with Saco (payroll system) reports and submission’s.

§Assist Cost Accountant with Site controls and Recons.
