We're looking for friendly, energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our retail teams.

What you'll do

You'll help create the welcoming, positive shopping experience that makes customers want to return to Wellness Warehouse.

Make every customer feel welcome

• Greet customers warmly, with a smile and a helpful attitude.
  

• Listen to customers and help them find what they're looking for.
  

• Get to know the store layout and product ranges so you can confidently guide customers.
  

• Deliver friendly, professional service that makes every visit a positive experience.
  

• Contribute to the store's sales and performance goals.
  

Keep our stores looking their best

• Make sure shelves and displays are neat, attractive, well-stocked and correctly priced.
  

• Follow merchandising standards and ensure products are correctly ticketed.
  

• Assist with stock replenishment, stock counts and expiry-date checks.
  

• Help with receiving and accurately checking deliveries.
  

Help everything run smoothly

• Follow daily store opening and closing procedures.
  

• Assist customers at the till and handle payments accurately.
  

• Support cash-up procedures and maintain accurate records.
  

• Follow store policies and procedures to protect stock, customers and the business.
  

• Work together with your team to keep the store organised, efficient and welcoming.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12).
  

• Retail experience
  

• A genuine interest in health, wellness and healthy living
  

• A friendly, approachable and professional manner
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  

• Basic computer literacy
  

• Attention to detail and a responsible approach to handling stock and payments.
  

• A willingness to learn about our products and become a proud Wellness Warehouse brand ambassador.
  

• The ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
  

• Successful completion of the required competency assessment.
