Criteria

Relevant qualification aligned to the minimum requirements of the role

• South African citizens aged 18–35 years
• Qualification aligned to the minimum requirements of the applied role
• No criminal record and a clear credit history
• Physically capable of handling and moving document boxes (where required)
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Basic understanding of document handling and records management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends if required

Minimum requirements

• Diploma (minimum requirement)
• A degree will be advantageous
• Computer literacy (essential)
• Ability to type efficiently without looking at the keyboard
• Experience working in a computer-based environment

Duties

• Conduct visual inspections of digitised images
• Identify and flag quality issues for rework
• Validate digitised data against original documents
• Ensure metadata accuracy
• Monitor quality metrics (resolution, compression, file size)
• Perform quality checks at all stages of scanning
• Maintain equipment and document care standards
• Ensure a clean and controlled working environment
