Syspro's product suite exists because engineers build it, test it, and ship it. As a Software Engineer, you'll write code that lands in the hands of real manufacturers and distributors, not a demo environment, from day one. What you'll do

• Write, test, and ship code across Syspro's product suite
• Build features end to end, from design through to deployment
• Debug and resolve defects raised from production environments
• Pair with senior engineers to learn Syspro's architecture and coding standards

What you need

• A degree in software engineering, computer science, or similar
• Solid fundamentals in at least one modern language (C#, Java, Python, or similar)
• An instinct for clean, maintainable code, not just code that runs
• Comfort asking questions and taking feedback on how to do it better
