Retail Sales Agent

Innovative Acquisitions International is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Agent to represent our brand in a retail setting. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, build strong relationships, and help drive sales by delivering excellent service and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a positive in-store experience

• Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Build rapport with customers to support sales and long-term brand loyalty

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

• Maintain a professional and knowledgeable presence on the sales floor

• Accurately process sales transactions and complete required documentation

• Support merchandising, inventory checks, and overall store presentation

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer experience and sales performance

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence speaking with customers and presenting product information

• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset

• Reliable, professional, and adaptable

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a retail setting
