Requirements

• Based in or able to work in Cape Town
• Available for rotating 24/7 shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Reliable transportation for all shift times
• Matric + 2 years of customer service experience, OR a completed degree/diploma with no experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability
• Willingness to complete required background checks
